Improving Seed Varieties in Tanzania
Researchers supported by the Climate Change Adaptation in Africa program engaged farmers in Sanjaranda, Tanzania to collect weather data that would led to an understanding of changing weather patterns and their implications for the community's livelihood in agriculture. This video shows some of the adaptive strategies that farmers are now implementing to protect their agricultural livelihood.
Produced by A24 Media, this is part of a series of six videos on research supported by CCAA.
The Climate Change Adaptation in Africa research and capacity development program (2006-2012) was as a joint initiative of Canada's International Development Research Centre and the United Kingdom's Department for International Development (DFID).
